Position Summary - Manager of Operations
This role oversees operations for a highvolume, multisite practice that includes our primary Troy location, the Royal Oak practice, with an additional partnered site in Troy. The Manager of Operations will lead a team of up to 30 administrative and clinical support staff. We are seeking a candidate with substantial healthcare operational experience, strong business acumen, and demonstrated leadership capabilities in a complex clinical environment.

This on-site, Monday-Friday position is well-suited for an independent, proactive professional who is ready to contribute to our organization's continued growth.

Scope of work

Responsible for the activities of team members within practices and oversees the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction in collaboration with dyad partners. Trains team members and serves as a liaison between providers, team members and director in daily operations. Responsible for charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and practice staffing. Manages team member performance and development and ensures policy adherence. Manages multiple sites and specialty programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, healthcare administration, or a related field Required.
  • Master's degree in business, management, healthcare administration, or related field Preferred.
  • Five (5) years of relevant healthcare or medical practice experience Required.
  • Three (3) years of recent supervisory or management experience Required.
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems Required.
