As an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail mall location, you will monitor and patrol common areas, parking lots, and corridors, staying visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will conduct routine rounds, respond to calls for assistance, communicate clearly with guests and staff, and document observations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a retail mall location.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of common areas, entrances, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or hazards.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disputes, medical events, and/or requests for assistance, and coordinate with site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to help reduce unauthorized entry, theft-related behavior, and/or property damage, using observation and clear communication.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and/or other required documentation, and communicate notable conditions to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
