Shift: 1st shift | 8 AM - 4 PM | Mon - Fri + every other weekend

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail or customer service experience. (1-2 years)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, helpful service
• Assist customers with product selection, questions, and recommendations
• Operate cash registers and POS systems to process sales, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
• Restock merchandise and rotate inventory as needed
• Set up product displays and signage according to store standards
• Monitor inventory levels and report low or damaged items
• Resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner
