The Occupational Health Case Manager for Johns Hopkins Health System is a vital RN role primarily dedicated to managing employee reasonable accommodation requests throughout their entire lifecycle. As a centralized resource, you will work collaboratively with employees, managers, stakeholders, healthcare providers, Nurse Practitioners, and Human Resources to ensure smooth and effective processing of accommodations from initial request to final implementation. Other duties will include assessing and managing ADA requests and pregnancy requests. In this position, you will leverage your expertise as a Registered Nurse (RN) to meticulously assess and address each accommodation need, fostering open communication with all parties involved. You will work in close partnership with another Nurse Case Manager, allowing for shared insights and coordinated strategies to optimize support for our employees. Your attention to detail and ability to coordinate effectively will ensure that employees receive the support they need to return to work safely and productively. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
