Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and structures with precision and efficiency, contributing to the production of high-quality products. Responsibilities



  • Assemble various components using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment in accordance with detailed specifications and blueprints.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to transport materials within the manufacturing facility.
  • Conduct quality checks during assembly processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production targets efficiently.
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot assembly issues and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in inventory management by accurately handling parts and materials required for assembly tasks.


Requirements



  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment such as forklifts.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings or blueprints.
  • Experience working on assembly lines or in manufacturing roles that require attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with warehouse procedures and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of factory operations and manufacturing processes.
