  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all employees receive the appropriate training on schedule. The Training Coordinator will manage both live and virtual training programs, working closely with trainers, the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, and handling facilities logistics. This role requires cross-referencing multiple spreadsheets and databases to verify training requirements and schedules, making timely adjustments as needed, and maintaining accurate training records.
Job Functions & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Coordination: Coordinate and schedule live and virtual training sessions for employees, ensuring all required training is completed in a timely manner.
  • Data Management: Input and retrieve training data. Cross-reference multiple spreadsheets and databases to verify and track training programs, schedules, and end-users.
  • Promotion and Enrollment: Promote and fill scheduled training classes, monitor registration, and ensure attendance.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and update employees' profiles, verify and keep track of training completion or certificates for distribution, and generate follow-up documents as needed. Ensure training documentation and records are complete and accurate.
  • Logistics Management: Manage facilities logistics including booking training rooms, setting up training venues, and ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are available.
  • Support Trainers: Meet and assist instructors as needed, collect documents at the close of the program, and provide one-on-one support to employees and supervisors.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on training completion rates and compliance with training requirements.
  • Communication: Support communication and roll out of updates and/or changes to training programs and/or documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team player with good follow-up skills and flexibility.
  • Proven experience in a training coordination or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with a Learning Management Systems (LMS) is not required, but helpful.
