Position Overview
We are seeking a client-facing Product Manager with 4-7 years of experience who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. This role requires strong product ownership, rapid domain adaptability, and the ability to drive execution across cross-functional teams while delivering measurable business outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities
Client-Facing Product Leadership

• Serve as the embedded Product Manager within client teams.
• Align client business objectives with product vision, roadmap, and execution plans.
• Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and delivery teams.

Rapid Context & Domain Adaptation

• Quickly develop subject-matter familiarity across diverse industries and product ecosystems.
• Translate business models, operational constraints, and market dynamics into actionable product strategies.

Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Lead end-to-end product delivery across engineering, design, analytics, and consulting teams.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-team dependency management.
• Ensure high-quality outcomes delivered on schedule.

Requirements & Stakeholder Management

• Convert ambiguous client requirements into structured PRDs, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
• Drive stakeholder alignment on scope, trade-offs, and timelines.
• Manage expectations through clear communication and structured decision-making.

Outcome & Value Focus

• Define measurable KPIs aligned to client business objectives.
• Monitor post-launch performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use data-driven insights to recommend optimization strategies and feature enhancements.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in consulting or client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional product initiatives.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable product outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Experience working in agile development environments.

• Onsite - Atlanta, Chicago, New York City, or San Francisco.
