Description This position is responsible for supporting the overall care of children in the Intergenerational Learning Center, frequently working in partnership with a Teacher. Responsibilities include supporting age appropriate programs that provide interesting, stimulating and challenging indoor and outdoor experiences, as well as assisting with children's daily activities. This position helps support our intergenerational program, nurturing interaction between residents and children. Included in these responsibilities are maintaining the classroom, preparing materials for the children and certain clerical and record-keeping duties. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
