As a Security Officer - Unarmed Site Patrol in Trenton, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting a busy healthcare location. You will conduct routine patrols of corridors, entrances, and parking areas, remain highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and respond to calls with calm, professional communication. You will document activity and share timely updates with your team. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific access control and security-related procedures within a healthcare location.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to clinical staff and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas such as lobbies, corridors, waiting areas, and parking areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and high-traffic zones, checking identification, visitor credentials, and delivery activity in accordance with site policies.
• Document patrol activities, incident details, and unusual conditions in written logs and reports, and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Hold a state, county, or city issued security license, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
