As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts and your Allied Universal team, and respond to routine requests with a customer-first approach. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, hazards and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site contacts and/or public services as directed by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or operational concerns.
• Control access at gates and/or entry points by checking identification, verifying authorizations, directing traffic flow and documenting arrivals and departures per site procedures.
• Complete detailed shift documentation including patrol logs, incident reports and pass-down notes using Allied Universal report-writing tools and client-required systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
