As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading tech and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a high-visibility presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and assist employees and visitors with service-focused support. You will communicate clearly, document observations, and respond to routine issues with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a tech and/or telecommunications location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and/or service requests in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or public emergency services as required by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity as assigned, verify identification and/or authorization per site policy, and help to maintain orderly flow of personnel and deliveries.
• Complete detailed security-related reports and documentation, including patrol logs, incident reports and shift handoff information, using required systems and communication tools.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
