The HRIS Product & Integrations Manager serves as the master of the Workday backlog, independently gathering requirements, prioritizing projects, and working with Product Owners to optimize Feature delivery to the internal customers to optimize system performance and end-user efficiency. You will participate in: discovery, customer and market research, development activities, technology and intellectual property management, product strategy, planning and decision making, product management organization and team relationships, co-development and alliances, process execution, and metrics (both financial and other). The technical environment includes Workday, Dayforce, Docebo, ServiceNow, API - data movements (between platform and SEI clients) and FTP (file movement). What will you do: This role will provide the governance of data between both the HCM (Workday), allocations (Apptio), Oracle ERP Procurement and payroll / benefits (Dayforce) systems. In addition, this role will create, run and continuously automate the support model for Payroll, Business Management and Internal Risk, Workforce Development and Benefits activities. This role will also drive system improvements across all corporate systems and lead projects with key vendors. This individual serves as a point of contact for business management technologies, and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, report writing, data analytics and analyzing data flows for process improvement.
