Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Must be flexible to stay later if needed)

Bring Your Tools & Talent

• Previous experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or facilities support
• Basic carpentry, repair, and light installation skills
• Some computer knowledge to handle supply orders, emails, and logging maintenance tasks
• Ability to lift moderate loads, assemble furniture, and perform light physical work (able to lift 50 lbs.)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Dependable, flexible, and able to work independently or with a team

Day in the Life: Facilities Maintenance Worker

• Perform minor wall repairs, touch-ups, and fix or replace small office fixtures like desk locks.
• Assemble furniture, build or repair shelves, and install Sit-Stand desks for ergonomic setups.
• Prepare conference rooms for meetings and events, and maintain clean and stocked breakrooms.
• Monitor, order, and restock office and breakroom supplies, including printer paper and toner.
• Handle deliveries, outgoing UPS mail, and assist with light cleaning in shared areas.
• Conduct monthly inspections and sign-offs for AED equipment.
• Respond to facility and staff requests in a timely and professional manner.
