Location: Medical Center Office Building (901 7th Ave)Department: Research OperationsShift: First Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours: 40Summary: The AVP, Research Operations supports the Chief Research Officer (CRO) in leading and advancing the pediatric research enterprise. This role manages research operations and infrastructure to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with system-wide priorities. The AVP identifies and resolves operational bottlenecks, enhances research workflows, and advances enterprise-level initiatives that strengthen the organization's scientific and competitive position. Acting as a strategic partner, the AVP, Research Operations collaborates with research and clinical leaders to design operational growth plans, integrate financial and regulatory functions, and drive adoption of standardized research practices. The role also provides clinical and scientific expertise to inform policy development, advocate for research priorities, and cultivate partnerships and resources that advance pediatric innovation.
