Job Description Summary: Under limited supervision, provides leadership in the development of the organization's strategic plan(s) Additional Summary: Successful professionals in this organization specialize in dealing with ambiguity, taking new ideas from concept to execution, leveraging multiple sources of data to develop strategic recommendations, project managing large initiatives, and successfully communicating (both written and verbally) with senior leaders. Additionally, collaboration both within and outside of the InfoSec organization, including partnering with other functions across the FedEx Enterprise to include, but not limited to: Data and Technology, Finance, Human Resources, Communications, Legal, and others. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Five (5) or more years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment including project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement or market/competitive analysis. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical and critical thinking ability with time management and management skills. Strong communications and human relations skills. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration or equivalent. Minimum Experience Five (5) or more years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment including project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement or market/competitive analysis.
