POSITION OVERVIEW The Legal Operations intern will support the in-house legal team with a primary focus on organization, workflow support, and process improvement. Working alongside a global team of seasoned attorneys and business professionals, you will help streamline internal processes, improve documentation systems, and support efficient engagement between Legal and other business teams. The internship will run from late May to early August (with some date flexibility) and will be full time, in person role at our Sunnyvale, CA headquarters. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide administrative and operational support for cross-departmental programs and strategic initiatives. Organize and manage contract filing systems, trackers, and internal documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Assist with intake management, including triaging requests and optimizing routing to the appropriate teams. Support process improvement initiatives, including evaluating tools and systems (potentially including AI-enabled solutions) to enhance workflows. Contribute to process mapping, playbook creation, project tracking, and operational reporting. ABOUT YOU Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable bringing structure and clarity in evolving operational environments. Naturally inclined towards checklists, documentation, and creating systems that make work easier for others Proactive and self-motivated, with strong follow-through and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Clear, confident communicator comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders. Curious about how legal departments operate within a business, with interest in Legal Operations, business enablement, technology, or project management. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, or recently completed an undergraduate degree. Interest in business operations, technology, compliance, legal operations, data privacy, or related areas. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with Microsoft CoPilot and SmartSheets is a plus. Prior experience in-house, or in legal support or operations setting is a plus.
