Summary:

The Director - Imaging Services for the Mountain Region provides strategic and operational leadership for all imaging services across the region, ensuring a cohesive leadership model and alignment with organizational goals. This role is accountable for developing and implementing standardized policies and procedures, enhancing patient access, reducing wait times, improving quality of care, and driving patient satisfaction. The Director oversees financial performance, capital project implementation, and fosters a culture of collaboration, professional development, and continuous improvement across all imaging modalities.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Current state licensure in a diagnostic imaging modality (ARRT or equivalent) preferred. Drivers license required.
  3. Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in imaging services. Multi-site or regional responsibility strongly preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Financial acumen, strategic planning, and operational improvement experience. Ability to travel up to 20% of time to support regional and system initiatives.
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Experience with capital project management and regulatory compliance across multiple sites.
