Milliman SkySail is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will work collaboratively with Milliman SkySail Consultants to complete analyses and reports using SkySail's industry-leading software along with other computer programs. A key part of this role will be working to support our clients' efforts in all thing's pharmacy pricing. You will work closely with the Business Development, Account Management, and Pricing teams as well as the Software Developer group to help meet all clients' needs and further improve the tool.

Job Responsibilities



  • Process data efficiently using Skysail's Analytics data system and platform.


    • Generate ongoing quarterly pricing reporting for clients.
    • Produce ad-hoc analyses as needed.


  • Work with IT team to help test new additions to the platform.
  • Help Account team answer questions and present reporting to clients.
  • Track, research, review, and respond to customer and/or external inquiries.
  • Query data and help design reporting.
  • Produce recurring SQL/Excel reporting and QA for internal team members and external clients as needed.
  • Review and validate incoming files for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with internal reporting requirements.
  • Handle confidential and proprietary materials.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Requirements



  • Two years of work experience in PBM, Pharmacy, and/or related industry OR a bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Math, Science, or IT related fields.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and any language software (i.e SQL).

Location:

This is a remote position with periodic travel within the US. This role is based out of the Milliman SkySail office, but candidates can work remotely anywhere in the United States. The expected application deadline for this job is June 26, 2026.

Compensation:

The overall salary range for this role is $49,900 - $88,895. For candidates residing in:



  • Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia the salary range is $57,385 - $88,985.
  • All other locations the salary range is $49,900 - $77,300.


A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc.
