INTERNSHIP: Learning Experience Specialist

The SOLIDWORKS Training team is responsible for creating all of the training materials used by Customers, Resellers, and Employees to learn the products developed for the SOLIDWORKS Brand. Increasingly, our audience is expanding to include Academic institutions and Students. These training materials include training manuals, formal eLearning, instructional videos, and more.

The candidate will be asked to create their own learning contents for use in Academic institutions. We want to create innovative, engaging learning materials that excite Teachers and Students alike and make it easy to learn the SOLIDWORKS software.

During the course of the internship, the candidate will greatly increase their knowledge of the SOLIDWORKS software. If they have not achieved certification, they will be given an opportunity to take the Certified SOLIDWORKS Associate (CSWA) exam, and possibly the Certified SOLIDWORKS Professional (CSWP) exam.


  • On track to obtain a Mechanical Engineering degree.
  • Experience with SOLIDWORKS CAD software required.
  • Experience with Camtasia, SnagIt, or other video/image capture software a plus.
  • Exceptional people, project, presentation and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to create reports summarizing their work.
  • Demonstrated ability to create design projects.
