Worthington Enterprises is seeking driven, competitive, and growth-oriented individuals to join our Associate Territory Manager (ATM) Rotational Program - a structured development path designed to prepare top talent for future roles in Outside Sales.

This is not a support role. This is a launchpad.

About the Program

The ATM Program is an 18-24 month rotational experience designed to build the commercial, technical, and operational capabilities required to succeed in Outside Sales across our diverse businesses.

Participants will complete multiple business rotations, gaining hands-on experience with:

  • Customer-facing sales execution
  • Diverse go-to-market strategies
  • Manufacturing operations and plant exposure
  • Pricing, margin, and business acumen
  • Cross-functional collaboration

Throughout the program, you will:

  • Support customer meetings and site visits
  • Participate in prospecting, quoting, pricing, and proposal development
  • Build and manage pipeline activity in CRM systems
  • Learn multiple selling environments - from project-based to high-volume transactions.
  • Gain direct exposure to manufacturing plants and operational processes
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain partners
  • Deliver rotation-end business insights and development presentations

The goal: Develop high-potential talent into independent Sales Managers ready to own a geography, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.
