Summary

The Facilities Enhancement Crew is responsible for keeping the building and office in a clean and orderly condition, including trash and recycle paper, clean the facility restrooms with mops and disinfectants, and clean the breakrooms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Promotes the Company's mission and values based culture through providing a clean and orderly facility.
2. Manage the office areas by gathering and emptying trash and recycling as well as cleaning and supplying the restrooms and breakrooms.
3. Safety: Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with all procedures, rules, and regulations by all employees.
4. Quality: Notify supervisor of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
5. Productivity: Maintain effective use of work time
6. Must have knowledge of the proper use of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
7. Dexterity: Employee would work with their hands, and need to be able to lift or move items
8. Gather and dispose of trash and recycling
9. Cleaning and stock restrooms
10.Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
11.Clean up spills with appropriate equipment
12.Must be trustworthy, team player, and have the ability to work independently in a timely manner
13.Keep cleaning supplies in stock, stored neatly and storage areas organized
14.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
15.Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies
16.Other duties may be assigned by Manager or Supervisor.

* Knowledge of the proper use of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

Computer Skills
No computer skills are required.

* Demonstrate ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
* Must be able to operate and pass a forklift test
