Job Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategy for both existing and new customers to achieve business growth targets. Strategy development will be grounded in analysis of segmented sales data, customer insights, pricing, macroeconomic and industry trends, and specification opportunities. Sales execution will include partnering with the established sales team, as well as independently leading customer-facing sales activities. The Business Development Manager will drive sales as Enclosures product line Subject Matter Expert (SME) for sales teams and customers, providing strong application expertise and technical solution guidance.
