We are seeking a motivated and experienced Facilities Technologist to perform work planning and control activities in support of Center 4740 Maintenance Operations. In this role you will apply facilities and project related knowledge and experience to ensure processes and priorities are followed, avoid overlapping work activities, address customer/facility availability conflicts, and achieve better resource utilization. The selected candidate will serve to support the integration of cross-project elements including maintenance team leads, maintenance craftspeople, Facility Project Managers, engineering, responsible mission partners, and customers. Due to the nature of the work, the selected applicant must be able to work onsite 100% of the time. Salary Range
$63,800 - $123,400 *Salary range is estimated, and actual salary will be determined after consideration of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, and application of any approved geographic salary differential. Qualifications We Require

About Our Team
The Maintenance Planning Team is responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and control of maintenance work activities for the Maintenance Services Department 4740. This includes creating a complete work package for each job to include a detailed scope of work, materials needed, hazards associated with the work and controls needed to mitigate the hazards. We are also responsible for the process of developing, implementing, managing, and maintaining the master equipment list (MEL) to meet DOE requirements. In addition, we collect, trend, and analyze predictive maintenance data to determine equipment condition and implementation of condition-based maintenance work. Posting Duration
