Position Title: Shipping and Receiving Wage: $16.00 - $20.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am - 2:00pm (Monday - Friday) Are your skills not being fully utilized? Reach your maximum potential by working with QPS! QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available in Shipping and Receiving at a company in Pleasant Prairie, WI. This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift. Apply today! Shipping and Receiving Responsibilities: - Perform shipping and receiving operations, including order placement, material handling, and safe operation of forklifts and overhead cranes (licensed) - Prepare and mount samples; perform microstructure analysis, layer thickness measurements, and microhardness testing - Operate, monitor, and maintain laboratory testing equipment, including quench tanks and Salt Spray Testers in accordance with ASTM B 117 standards - Run tests, record results, and coordinate with outside laboratories for tensile testing as required - Accurately enter and maintain all laboratory and production data in Job Travelers, ERP systems, and quality records per ISO 9001 requirements - Track laboratory supplies, inventory, prototype samples, and raw material work in process - Control and contain non conforming products and communicate sampling frequencies and quality requirements - Support PPAP activities, R&D efforts, and customer related quality issues as directed by the Plant Manager - Determine pass/fail status of production loads and release finished goods for shipment - Maintain clean, organized lab and shipping/receiving areas and complete clerical tasks such as filing and documentation management IND015 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
