Pay Rate: $18.50 - $19.05 per hour

Shift: 1st shift 7am-3:30pm Mon- Fri (overtime often going in at 5am) | 2nd shift Mon-Fri 3pm-11:30pm (overtime often staying until 1:30am) | 3rd shift 11pm-7:30am Sun-Thurs (overtime occasionally on Fridays)

To Crush This Job

• Minimum 1 year of machine operator experience in an industrial or production environment
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and quality specifications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks and audits during production cycles
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and resolve moderate production issues
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 33 pounds regularly
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, reaching, and bending throughout the shift

Your Role on the Floor

• Measure raw materials prior to processing and verify parts meet quality specifications during in-process audits
• Follow established procedures to operate and monitor grind lines to ensure all systems are functioning properly
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot moderate to complex issues on centerless grinders, infeed robot cells, and chamfer robot cells
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure parts meet required specifications
• Identify, separate, and report nonconforming products while documenting findings accurately in paperwork and reporting systems
• Maintain consistent production output while ensuring product quality standards are met
• Perform routine machine maintenance and daily housekeeping tasks within the work area
