Position Overview As the Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be the friendly face patients see first and the helpful voice they hear when they call. This is a highly meaningful, customerservicedriven position supporting mostly elderly patients-so patience, kindness, and empathy are essential. You'll manage frontdesk responsibilities, coordinate appointments, verify insurance, and help keep our office running smoothly. Pay Range (Based on Relevant Experience) * 0-2 years: $17.15/hr * 3-4 years: $19.00/hr * 5+ years: $20.00/hr What You'll Do * Provide excellent frontdesk service-greet patients, assist walkins, and guide them to exam rooms. * Manage incoming calls with patience and clarity. * Communicate frequently with our Grand Rapids office and other branch locations. * Schedule and register patients with accuracy and professionalism. * Maintain complete and correct patient documentation. * Learn and use W+F software (training provided). * Verify insurance information using various insurance portals. * Process and track patient orders, including outbound followup calls. * Uphold strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability standards. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.15 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
