We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist (Data Entry) to support sales and customer service teams through highvolume order processing and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who is detailoriented, thrives in a fastpaced environment, and enjoys problemsolving independently within a small, collaborative team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring sales orders are accurate, processed efficiently, and followed through to completion while supporting continuous process improvements. Key Responsibilities * Accurately enter and process a high volume of sales orders in a timely manner * Research and resolve order issues using internal databases, email communications, internet resources, and internal partners * Track sales orders and returns through completion, escalating issues as needed to prevent delays * Update and maintain customer kit files and documentation * Verify customer licenses for order processing * Release and void backorders as appropriate * Receive and process orders from sales and customer service teams * Communicate directly with online customers to clarify order details and notify them of backorders * Scan, file, and organize daily sales orders * Sort incoming mail and mail out invoices * Provide daily metrics and operational reports as requested Required Experience & Skills (Must Haves) * Strong data entry experience in a highvolume, accuracydriven environment * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to problem solve independently and think through solutions without rigid processes * Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions when needed * Ability to prioritize and multitask without sacrificing accuracy * Proficiency with computers and basic software tools * Customer service mindset * Ability to pass a 10key typing test: * Minimum 8,800 KPH with 95% accuracy Nice to Have * Sales administration or sales support experience * Order processing experience * Microsoft Excel proficiency * Reporting experience * Salesforce or CRM experience * Systems experience with freight or logistics platforms Ideal Candidate Profile * Comfortable working in a small team environment where priorities can shift quickly * Enjoys identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies * Able to work independently and adapt to change * Thrives in a very fastpaced operational setting * Comfortable working in a warehouse setting Work Environment & Schedule * Workplace Type: Onsite - warehouse setting * Location: Mukilteo, Washington * Schedule: * Monday-Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM PST * 30minute to 1hour lunch (candidate preference) Additional Information * As workload fluctuates, this role may also support customer service email inquiries as needed * This position is open to support ongoing growth and process improvement initiatives Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mukilteo, WA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
