• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3+ years of warehouse management or logistics operations experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience managing teams and resolving employee conflicts
• Experience with workforce planning and labor budget management
• Proficiency withWarehouse Management Systems (WMS)andMicrosoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Develop and improve inventory control, shipping, and receiving procedures
• Coordinate with the China-based operations team to ensure accurate data flow and smooth logistics processes
• Monitor order fulfillment and logistics scheduling to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Supervise forklift operations and enforce safety protocols
• Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff to improve performance and productivity
• Manage workforce planning, shift scheduling, and payroll budgeting
• Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts while maintaining a positive team culture
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational challenges
• Analyze operational data and present process improvement initiatives to leadership
