Application Programmer

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Java / Informatica Developer - Hybrid for a 12+ month contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC.

This role develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains, and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Business Process Management and the design and development of JAVA/J2EE applications. This position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain and test software applications
• Attend business discussions and workshops to gather requirements
• Analyze requirements and transform them into a technical flow, aligned with the existing project framework and design
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
• Handle code repositories using Bitbucket
• Debug and resolve technical problems that arise

Requirements:

• 10+ years of proven working experience in Informatica
• Experience in Java/J2EE, Kafka, REST API, and Spring framework
• Hands-on working experience in Oracle, proficient in creating SQL scripts and procedures
• Experience with Spring framework & Transaction Management
• Knowledge of Relational Databases
• Experience with GIT and Eclipse

Desired skills:

• Good working experience with Mulesoft and cucumbers framework
• Exposure to tools such as Jenkins, WinSCP, and CI-CD framework
• Knowledge and working experience in an Agile Framework
• Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills to excel in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision
• Ability to work with globally distributed teams

Pay range: $55.06 - $63.06 per Hour
