Mechanical Engineering Co-Op Position

Our Clarke Fire team is looking for Co-Op Students to join our engineering team for Summer, 2026 Semester!

Mechanical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering Technology Co-ops needed to work alongside the talented engineering group.

What are the Duties?Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Working with Mechanical and Electrical Engineers creating 2D CAD & 3D CAD drawings to support all activities of the business, as well as, creating CAD 3D models to develop new engines for the Stationary Fire Pump Market.
• Candidate will also work with our R&D Technicians to oversee their designs and will also be involved in diesel engine performance testing.

PHYSICAL and SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

• While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit. The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Implement and enforce Health and Safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions.

EDUCATION

• Mechanical Engineering Technology or Mechanical Engineering current student
