Make your mark for patients

We are looking for a Talent Partner - US Patient Impact who is strategic, proactive, and influential to join us in our Human Resources / US Patient Impact team, based in our US office in Atlanta, GA

About the role

As a Talent Partner, you will act as a strategic and operational HR business partner to senior leaders within the US Patient Impact organization. You will shape and deliver talent, organization, and culture strategies that enable business performance and ultimately improve patient outcomes. This role balances strategic influence with hands-on execution across talent management, leadership development, organizational design, and employee relations in a complex, global environment.

Who you'll work with

You will partner closely with senior business leaders and leadership teams across the US and globally. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, and HR Operations teams, while contributing to global and regional talent initiatives. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and influence within a matrixed, international organization.

What you'll do

* Partner with senior leaders to shape talent strategy aligned to business priorities
* Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
* Enable organizational design and build high-performing leadership teams
* Lead staffing of key strategic roles with Talent Acquisition partners
* Oversee employee relations across the full employee lifecycle
* Contribute to global and regional talent and culture projects

Interested? For this role we're looking for the following

Minimum requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
* 10+ years of progressive HR experience
* 5+ years' experience as an HR Business Partner
* Proven experience partnering with senior leadership teams
* Strong knowledge of US employment and employee relations practices

Preferred requirements

* Master's degree in Human Resources or related discipline
* SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent HR certification
* Experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or healthcare industries
* Demonstrated success in organizational design and change management
* Experience working in a global, matrixed organization

* HDBI Certification Preferred

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $148,000-194,300. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
