Description
As After-Action Review Advisor, you will be at the forefront of MISO's efforts to strengthen operational reliability through rigorous event reviews and Human Performance Improvements. This role requires a sharp eye for risk, strong analytical thinking, and relationship-building skills. As After-Action Review Advisor, you will lead and facilitate After-Action Reviews following operational events, identifying root causes and lessons learned. Then, you will ensure these are translated into effective mitigation strategies that are integrated across training programs, processes and implementation. This includes facilitating training sessions related to operational events and HPI, reinforcing organizational learning and continuous improvement. To do this, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement change-influencing and driving accountability across teams. Lastly, you will deliver impactful reports and risk insights to senior leadership and external stakeholders. In one year as our After-Action Review Advisor, you will know you were successful if:

You can expect occasional travel (up to 10%) for regional visits including meetings, training or business events. Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge. The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $140,000.00 - $165,000.00USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience. Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.
