Rize Credit Union is looking for a warm and welcoming Summer Intern to serve as a Branch Concierge in our Ontario branch. This paid, part-time opportunity is perfect for someone interested in customer service, banking, or simply gaining professional experience in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Schedule: Tuesday, Friday and Saturday 6 hours/day & Thursday 4-5 hours/day \| Duration Summer 2026 About the Role: As a Temporary Branch Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for members visiting our branches. You'll play a key role in creating positive first impressions and ensuring smooth member experiences by helping guide members, learning about teller and account services, and providing general branch support. In this role, you'll also gain exposure to day-to-day branch operations, including assisting with operational controls, reporting reviews, and basic member service activities. What You'll Be Doing: Greet members as they enter the branch and help direct them to the appropriate service area Provide a warm and professional welcome to all members and visitors Learn the basics of teller transactions and new account processes Assist with general branch operations and administrative support as needed Work closely with branch staff to ensure members feel supported and valued Assist with auditing branch reports and supporting dual control processes Support debit card services Interact with members to answer basic questions and help ensure a positive branch experience Assist with key audits and operational support as the branch prepares for an upcoming move Who You Are: Friendly, professional, and enthusiastic about helping others Interested in customer service, finance, or operations Comfortable speaking with people and answering basic questions Willing to learn and take initiative No prior banking experience required-just a positive attitude and a desire to grow!
