Automation Specialist

Titan Machinery is seeking an Automation Specialist to design, develop, and maintain workflow automations that streamline business processes and reduce manual effort across the organization. This role plays a key part in driving efficiency and supporting operational excellence across both operational and corporate functions.

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain workflow automations using the Microsoft Power Platform
• Translate manual and repetitive workflows into efficient digital processes
• Document business requirements, technical specifications, data mappings, and configuration details
• Partner with internal process owners to ensure alignment and adoption
• Collaborate with external vendors or partners to provide requirements and validate deliverables
• Integrate automations with internal systems and relevant external platforms
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and support existing automations
• Maintain standards for naming conventions, version control, testing, and documentation
• Recommend process improvements, enhancements, or automation retirements
• Support data governance and ensure data accuracy
• Follow all company, IT, and safety policies and procedures
• Identify and implement process improvements as part of daily work
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required:

• Associate's degree in IT or other related degree and/or related miliary experience
• 2+ years' work experience troubleshooting and supporting software, systems, or network infrastructure and/or related military experience
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, connectors, integrations
• Ability to map and document business processes
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
• Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict
• Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong system implementation, and/or system integration experience and skills

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree
• Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory experience
• RPA exposure
