Clinical Social Worker, Per Diem

• Provides clinical social work services to assist patients and families with personal, family, medical and environmental difficulties.
• Performs psychosocial and risk assessments, assigns diagnoses and develops and implements interventions and treatment plans.
• Participates in planning and implementation of discharge and outpatient service plans and collaborates with health care team and community agencies to plan, implement and follow up on treatment and provision of needed services.

• Master's degree in social work

• Social work experience in a hospital or community health center is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, flexibility, team-oriented attitude, and ability to work in fast-paced environment are essential.

• LCSW in the state of Massachusetts

The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
