The overall goal of this study is to test different methods for increasing steps per day among individuals living with HIV infection who are over the age of 50.BHCs will follow a manualized guide for the meetings. In addition to meeting with participants, BHCs will meet weekly with the study investigators, Drs. Pinkston and Dr. Uebelacker to review participant progress.
