Cable Technician - Structured Cabling Greenville, SC Join Next Level Technician as a Cable Technician in Greenville, SC! Responsibilities: Pull, terminate, dress, and label CAT5e/CAT6 cable Install and terminate fiber optic cabling (preferred) Test installed cable using Fluke or similar testers Punch down voice and data jacks Install racks, patch panels, cable trays, ladder rack, and pathway systems Assist with MDF/IDF buildouts and telecom room installations Read and interpret blueprints and system layouts Work safely on ladders and lifts (comfortable with heights) Maintain clean and organized job sites Requirements: 2+ years of commercial structured cabling experience Experience pulling and terminating CAT5e/CAT6 cable Basic understanding of cable testing and troubleshooting Ability to read and follow project drawings Reliable transportation Basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with fiber optic installation and termination Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or commercial environments BICSI certification a plus OSHA or lift certifications Experience installing cable tray or conduit pathways Why Work with Next Level Technician in Greenville, SC?
