Position Title: Production Operator

Production Operator Responsibilities: - Follow company policies, procedures and specific job order requirements - Rotate between departments including Assembly, Glue Booth, Foam Saw, Waterjet, CNC, Pillow Line, Routing, Vacuum Forming and Material Prep, as trained - Prepare and package products according to order specifications, maintaining a clean and organized work area and paperwork - Operate, load and maintain band saw, waterjet, CNC, and forming machines after proper training - Accurately complete required documentation for each job Production Operator Requirements: - Proven work history with prior experience of solid employment within a production setting; include detailed experience on resume - High School Diploma or GED - Ability to read and interpret documents and perform basic math operations, including measurement reading - Ability to perform physical tasks including prolonged standing, repetitive bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds, with team lifts for heavier loads - Ability to work in a hot environment, maintaining safety and productivity throughout 8 to 12-hour shifts MasonCity@qpsemployment.com IND098 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
