Position Title: Refurb Associate Wage: $17.00/Hour Shift: 1st Shift Hours: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM, Monday - Friday (Working mandatory 10 hrs.) Reached a dead end at your current job? Refurb Associate Responsibilities: - Inspect products and perform repairs using hand tools - Perform inspection to ensure quality or production and repair as needed - Using overhead crane, after certification (from Wright) and move metal crates to inspection area - Ensure all parts on metal crate are in good order, crate covers are fully functional and can open with ease - With use of wrenches, plyers, rubber mallets, or other handheld tools, ensure all bent parts are in proper alignment and nuts/bolts are tight in hinges - Responsible for changing / installing new labels on production - Wipe down crates with handheld rags after completion of inspection and repair (if necessary) Requirements For Refurb Associate: - Must be able to push up to 50 pounds continuously - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly - Must be able to stand, bend, twist, and reach throughout shift - Vision requirements of normal color and depth perception - Ability to walk, stand for duration of shift - Good attention to detail - Basic knowledge of hand tools - Ability to read and comprehend instructions BeaverDam@qpsemployment.com QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
