Job DescriptionVisa is looking for a Director of Global Value-Added Services (VAS) Communications, working on external storytelling and thought leadership efforts. The ideal candidate will join a team of smart, driven communicators who develop stories that shape ongoing perception of the iconic Visa brand. We are a group that loves to challenge and encourage each other to deliver our best work, while always laughing and supporting each other. In this role, you will help promote Visa's growing VAS business around the world, spreading the word about new and existing products and partnerships, and the value our solutions bring to clients. In your day-to-day, you'll amplify product news, identify and pursue thought leadership opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and help shape public perception around key topics. As a global team member, you'll spend a good amount of time working with colleagues both here in the US and abroad to enable others to promote and support the Value-Added Services business. This includes identifying opportunities, sharing information, aligning plans and goals, and moving the communications agenda forward via strong business and media relationships. Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.
