The Supplier Throughput Analysis Specialist (STAS) will be responsible for supporting the Supplier Quality Development team in implementing / sustaining autonomous and preventive maintenance practices at supplier facilities. The STAS will lead the supplier in a structured approach by coaching supplier teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance equipment reliability, operator ownership, and long-term asset performance. The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), workplace organization, and throughput optimization. The candidate will also implement Workplace Organizational methodology ensuring that the job station is set up properly to sustain continued production. Note: This role will require working at supplier sites approximately 80-90% of the time, supporting on-site implementation, coaching, and analysis. Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
