We're hiring a Groundskeeper in Saint Benedict, and this is your chance to work outside, use your hands, and keep the property clean, green, and looking sharp.

Crew Requirements: What You Need to Succeed

• 3+ years of groundskeeping experience
• Experience operating power equipment such as mowers, trimmers, hedge trimmers, and blowers
• Skilled in using hand tools for landscaping tasks
• Strong understanding of landscaping practices and techniques
• Ability to follow instructions, manage time effectively, and work independently
• Physically able to walk, bend, stretch, kneel, climb, push/pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

What You'll Be Doing

As a Groundskeeper, you'll maintaining the appearance and safety of the grounds. Duties include mowing lawns, trimming weeds, raking leaves, and removing debris. You'll empty trash and recycling containers, trim bushes and hedges, and plant flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed. You may also be responsible for applying fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides under direction, and performing seasonal tasks like pruning or cutting trees. Routine maintenance on landscaping equipment and other related duties may also be assigned.
