• Maintenance technician and 3D printer experience
• Must be able to troubleshoot
• Ability to lift (50 lbs.), carry, and move materials or equipment
• Comfortable standing or working on your feet for extended periods
• Manual dexterity to handle small tools and parts with precision

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
• Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical issues as needed.
• Calibrate 3D printers for accurate and efficient printing (experience preferred).
• Load and unload 3D printers with appropriate materials (e.g., filament).
• Perform quality checks on 3D printed parts (for troubleshooting issues).
• Support post-printing processes, such as assembly, packing, and finishing.
• Maintain daily status report for 3D printers and tools/spare parts inventory.
• Take ownership of the 3D area and the reporting of issues (temperature, electrical, etc.)
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and orderly.
• Follow all safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Actively participate in plant safety initiatives and contribute to a safe working environment.
