This Production Molder job in Staples is for people who pay attention to detail. You'll inspect, assemble, trim, and pack products with care. We know we can count on you to achieve high-quality standards and maintain production goals every shift.

What It Takes

• Experience in manufacturing required (1 year).
• Lift 50+ lbs and stack safely.
• Ability to stay active and on your feet the entire shift.
• Dependable. Focused. Team-first.

What You Will Do On the Floor

• Help in the quality creation of the product
• Making sure you have the right material/tool/press settings in place
• Learn and understand the correct measurements for weighing material
• Inspect parts, trim parts if needed, and accurately count parts for boxing
