**Key Responsibilities:**

* Operate and monitor various computer peripheral equipment, including printers, inserters, finishing, material handling, or mail processing machines, as well as infrastructure support equipment.

* Perform basic troubleshooting and service actions for peripheral machine jams and common operational issues.

* Generate production control reports under the guidance of senior team members or supervisors.

* Execute a variety of clerical tasks related to inventory management and outgoing product control, utilizing both automated and manual systems.

* Engage with computer terminals and personal computers to manage work queues, post information, and respond to system messages.

* Undertake manual document assembly, postage application, or packaging as required to meet production demands.

* Complete other assigned duties to support overall operational efficiency.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* A general working knowledge of computer peripheral hardware or a demonstrated ability and eagerness to learn this knowledge quickly.

* A solid grasp of basic math skills, essential for maintaining accurate product controls.

**What Will Set You Apart:**

* 1 year of experience in a data center or print center related work environment.

* Proven problem-solving skills, particularly in addressing typical peripheral equipment jams and handling exceptions.

* The ability to identify and escalate peripheral equipment problems to lead operators or supervisors effectively.

* A keen eye for detail to identify production errors such as documents out of sequence, inappropriate flyers, or quality issues in printing or stock.

* Clear oral communication skills to interact effectively with unit lead operators, managers, and occasionally technical support staff.

* A strong team-oriented mindset, thriving in collaborative environments with peers performing similar activities.

* Competence in planning individual job layouts and material preparation to accomplish production goals efficiently.

**Work Schedule:**

The hours for this position are as follows: Tuesday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM and Saturday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $15 to $17. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
