Shipping and Receiving/Inventory Specialist

Currently we are seeking a dependable and motivated Shipping & Receiving/ Inventory Specialist to support our Laurel, DE location. This role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting overall warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities:

* Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments

* Disperse freight charges on incoming packages to the correct places

* Prepare and package outgoing orders accurately and efficiently

* Maintain organized inventory and storage areas

* Track inventory levels and update records as needed

* Operate warehouse equipment safely (as applicable)

* Communicate effectively with team members and other departments

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

* Look up parts breakdowns / source parts

Qualifications:

* Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills

* Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

* Attention to detail and accuracy

* Previous shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred - but we are willing to train the right candidate

* Understanding of parts breakdowns and how thing work
