Mott MacDonald is seeking a motivated bridge engineer to join our team supporting bridge and asset management initiatives for public and private sector clients. This role focuses on bridge management systems, infrastructure data analysis, and transportation asset management planning across North America, with opportunities to collaborate with our global advisory teams. This position primarily emphasizes bridge management and data-driven decision support rather than detailed structural design. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced engineers and receive mentorship while developing technical and consulting skills. Candidates with greater levels of relevant experience are encouraged to apply; responsibilities and title may be adjusted based on qualifications and experience. Work Arrangement This position may be structured as hybrid, in-office, or remote depending on project needs and candidate location. Travel Expectations Travel is not expected frequently for this role; however, occasional travel may be required based on project needs (e.g., client meetings, workshops, or periodic site/field visits).
