Overview

The Executive Assistant serves as a vital partner to leaders of the Retail Audit Operations team.

We are seeking an Executive Assistant who provides advanced, diversified and confidential executive level administrative support to Executive/Business Unit Heads. Requires broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of business operations, organizational policies, practices and procedures. Duties include project support, analysis, research, correspondence, and meeting and travel coordination.

This role will be a hybrid position with some time spent on-site in our Rogers/Bentonville, AR area office location (candidates need to be located in the Rogers/Bentonville AR area).



Responsibilities

    Provides project support for executive level projects and initiatives to include research, analysis, problem solving, and presentation creation.
  • Interacts and collaborates regularly with the Executive and senior leadership team to plan, coordinate, and review materials related to business administration.
  • Collects and analyzes information and uses critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues in support of assigned executive level projects.
  • Effectively communicates relevant project information to stakeholders.
  • Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
  • Develops new processes/procedures and identifies improvements in existing processes/procedures.
  • Maintains multiple calendars, schedules meetings and resolves calendar conflicts for Executive.
  • Books extensive travel for Executive; creates and submits expense reports.
  • Facilitation of printing and shipping needs for the division leveraging on-site equipment where possible
  • Develops and maintains calendar of events for division and spearheads planning of events such as town halls, business reviews, etc.
  • Assists with event planning and coordination for internal meetings and other events.
  • Collaborates with senior leadership and other Executive Assistants as needed on coordination of meetings, data requests, etc.
  • Handles telephone calls, messages, correspondence, diplomatically, efficiently and effectively.
  • Performs other functions as assigned
  • Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting.
  • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of proven experience as an administrator.
  • BS/BA degree or relevant job experience.
  • Deep proficiency across MS Office suite of tools including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Aptitude for learning new systems and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, organization and the ability to prioritze efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently with limited oversight.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods

  • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area
  • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance
  • No adverse environmental conditions expected

Base compensation ranges from $70,000 to $95,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
