DFS is investing in connected solutions and ecosystem expansion. ProGauge is a strategic growth lever within that ambition. This role offers visibility, influence, and the opportunity to shape how DFS competes in a critical product category.

This is not a maintenance role. It is a share-capture role. ProGauge is a high-momentum product with significant upside in a market ready for disruption. As Senior Manager, Regional Accounts (East) - ProGauge ATG, you will lead the commercial charge to accelerate adoption across both Direct and Distribution channels. ProGauge Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) is central to our evolution.

You will partner with Regional Account Managers, distributors, and end customers to position ProGauge as the preferred tank monitoring platform - shaping deals, structuring creative commercial solutions, and expanding DFS's ecosystem footprint. If you are energized by building, competing, and winning in complex commercial environments, this is a role with real impact.

Responsibilities:

* Drive ProGauge ATG market share growth across the Eastern region through Direct and Distribution channels.
* Partner with Regional Account Managers to embed ProGauge into broader DFS equipment and solutions opportunities.
* Identify competitive displacement opportunities and develop structured win strategies.
* Creatively structure commercial offers that unlock multi-site conversions and long-term platform adoption.
* Develop deep knowledge of the retail petroleum environment, including how ATGs integrate into POS, dispensers, payment, and back-office ecosystems.
* Educate and enable channel partners to confidently position and sell ProGauge.
* Build account plans targeting high-value regional operators and distributors.
* Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline aligned to regional revenue targets.
* Serve as the regional subject matter leader for ProGauge while influencing cross-functional teams (product, service, marketing) to support growth.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of progressive commercial experience in capital equipment, technology, industrial, or solutions-based selling.
* Demonstrated ability to shape, structure, and close complex deals.
* Strong commercial acumen - you understand how customers make money and how to align offers to their financial drivers.
* Experience working through distribution models and/or multi-channel sales structures.
* Comfort operating in technical environments and learning how solutions integrate within broader ecosystems.
* A history of winning - quota attainment, share gains, or measurable commercial impact.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Familiarity with automatic tank gauges or fuel retail environments.
* Technical understanding of fueling site systems and integration points.
* Experience selling into multi-site regional operators.

Work Arrangement: This position is remote; candidate must be located on the East Coast.
Pay Range: $135,000 to $165,000 Annually + Quarterly commission payments. This position is eligible to earn commission (significant part of total compensation plan) based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable commission plan.
