This is an interview position.

To sell FedEx Services to both 'new' and 'existing' customers (primary focus: net 'new' potential) with the key deliverable of achieving assigned revenue objectives (as measured and determined by
FedEx). Acts as team lead and assists manager in providing coaching/training/etc. to junior/new staff members and assumes responsibility for additional tasks/duties as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Educational RequirementsPost Secondary: - Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

Related Experience RequirementsMinimum number of years required for entry to this job- Sales - 1 year - FedEx Sales or Inside Sale

Other specific mandatory experience requirements

Technical Skill RequirementsSolid knowledge of the following: - Knowledge of selling FedEx services - (Preferred)- FedEx features of service, billing systems, pricing structures, invoice adjustments

Computer literacy and proficiency:- Microsoft Excel - basic- Microsoft Word - basic- Microsoft Power Point - basic- Microsoft Outlook - standard- Sales Force Automation - preferred

Interpersonal Skill Requirements

- Demonstrated a track record of achieving results- Good interpersonal skills- Negotiation skills- Organizational skills- Self-motivated- Strong oral, written, and presentation- Communication skills- Ability to multi-task- Ability to work independently and within a group- Commitment to task- Overcomes objections/obstacles
